Board of Directors
Kasigau The Board provides strategic leadership and ensures that the conservancy remains accountable to its mission and the community it serves. It oversees policy direction, financial stewardship, and long-term planning.
Leadership is structured to include key roles such as Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer, supported by a broader board representing diverse community interests. Board members are elected through transparent processes, with rotational terms that promote continuity, renewal, and inclusivity. Gender representation is actively considered to ensure balanced leadership.
Secretariat
The Secretariat forms the operational engine of the conservancy. Led by the Manager, the team is responsible for implementing programmes, coordinating activities, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently across conservation, tourism, livestock, and community development. Specialized roles in finance, human resource development, communications, livestock systems, and tourism ensure professional management across all areas.
